California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

HOA Basecamp does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share data only with the service providers necessary to deliver the product — Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Upstash (rate limiting). Each sees only the minimum data required for their specific function and is contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

Because we do not sell or share your data for advertising, no opt-out action is required under CCPA. If you have questions about how your data is handled, review our Privacy Policy or contact us below.

California residents: additional rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
